3. Approve the project: We follow up after sending the estimate. Once approved, we sign the contract and collect the down payment to place your project on the schedule.

4. Fabrication begins: We order materials and start custom fabrication based on your final design and measurements.

5. Installation: We coordinate an install date with you and complete the installation professionally and efficiently.

6. Final walkthrough: We review the completed work with you and collect the final payment at project completion.

For projects over $1,500, we require a 50% down payment at the time of signing the contract, with the remaining 50% due when the project is complete.

Most custom railing projects take about 3 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on design, scope, material availability, and scheduling. If your project also includes custom metal fencing, many fence jobs are completed in about 3 to 6 weeks. We offer same-day quotes or visits when possible, which helps you get answers and move forward faster.
