What types of gate technician services do you offer?

We handle gate repair, gate automation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for driveway and entry gates. We can service existing automatic gates, automate many manual gates, and work with trusted hardware like LiftMaster, Chamberlain Elite, CellGate, and Locinox. Our goal is simple: keep your gate safe, reliable, and easy to use.

Can you repair my current gate, or do I need a full replacement?

In many cases, we can repair your existing gate without replacing the whole system. We start by checking the gate frame, hinges, rollers, opener, safety devices, and access controls to find the real cause of the problem. If a repair makes sense, we will recommend it. If the gate is badly damaged or outdated, we will explain your options clearly so you can make the best decision for your property and budget.

Do you work on automatic gate systems and access control equipment?

Yes. Automated driveway gates are one of our core services. We work on gate operators, remotes, keypads, sensors, intercoms, telephone entry systems, and other access control components. If your gate is opening slowly, not closing fully, making unusual noise, or not responding at all, we can diagnose the issue and recommend the right fix.

How quickly can you come out and give me a quote?

We offer same-day quotes or visits when scheduling allows. Once we meet with you, we gather the details, measurements, style preferences, and finish options, then send a complete itemized estimate for review. We know gate problems can be frustrating, so we work hard to keep the process straightforward and responsive from the first call.

We have been serving the Seattle metro and surrounding areas since 2003. Our family-owned, women-owned, and minority-owned company brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience, and our team has installed more than 1,000 gates. Because we specialize in custom metal work and automated driveway gates, we understand both the mechanical side and the fabrication side of gate systems. That means we do more than swap parts. We look at the full system to find the real problem and fix it correctly.

Common gate problems we fix

Many gate issues start small and get worse over time. A gate that sags a little today can strain the operator, damage hardware, and become a safety risk later. We inspect the full system and address the source of the problem.

Gate will not open or close fully
Slow movement or jerky operation
Remote, keypad, or access control issues
Motor or gate operator failure
Gate dragging on the ground
Broken welds or damaged metal sections
Rust, wear, and weather-related damage
Out-of-alignment hinges, rollers, or tracks
Faulty photo eyes, loops, or safety devices

Gate automation for existing gates

One of our most requested services is upgrading a manual gate with a new automatic gate opener. If you already have a driveway gate in place, we can often automate it without replacing the entire gate. We review the gate condition, size, swing or slide operation, mounting points, power needs, and usage level. From there, we recommend a system that fits your property and budget.

We regularly work with trusted hardware and gate automation brands such as LiftMaster, Chamberlain Elite, CellGate, and Locinox. Our goal is to install equipment that performs well, holds up over time, and makes day-to-day entry easier for you.

Why professional gate service matters

A gate system is more than a panel and an opener. It is a combination of structural steel, moving hardware, electrical components, access controls, and safety features. If one part is off, the rest of the system can suffer. Professional service helps protect your investment and reduces the chance of repeat breakdowns.

With skilled gate technician service, you can expect:

Safer entry and exit for your family, guests, or tenants
Smoother gate movement and quieter operation
Better security and controlled access
Longer life for operators, hinges, rollers, and hardware
Fewer unexpected repairs
Stronger curb appeal and property value

Custom fabricated solutions

Because everything we do is custom fabricated, we are able to solve problems that many general contractors or handymen cannot. If a gate frame is damaged, a hinge mount is failing, or a bracket needs to be rebuilt, we can often fabricate the needed metal components to restore function and strength. This is a big advantage when working on older gates, custom driveway gates, or systems that do not use basic off-the-shelf parts.

Maintenance plans for long-term performance

Regular maintenance is one of the best ways to avoid costly gate repairs. Our maintenance service is designed to catch wear early, keep moving parts working properly, and help your automatic gate system last longer. This is especially important for gates that open many times each day or are exposed to wet weather and debris.

During maintenance visits, we may inspect and adjust hardware, check alignment, review opener performance, test safety features, inspect access devices, and look for signs of rust or metal fatigue. A well-maintained gate is more reliable, safer to use, and usually less expensive to own over time.
