1. Appointment and site review: We set an appointment with one of our estimators to go over the project details, including style, measurements, finishes, access needs, and site conditions.
2. Itemized estimate: We send a complete itemized estimate for your review, so you can see exactly what is included.
3. Follow-up and scheduling: We follow up after about 2 days. If you are ready to move forward, we sign the contract, collect the down payment, and place your project into the schedule.
4. Materials and fabrication: We order materials and begin custom fabrication based on the approved design.
5. Installation: We coordinate an install date with you and complete the fence and gate installation.
6. Final walkthrough: We review the finished work with you, explain operation if needed, and collect the final payment.

For projects over $1,500, we require a 50% down payment at the time of signing and the remaining 50% upon project completion.
