How We Work

We keep our process clear and simple, because customers deserve to know exactly what to expect.

1. We schedule a visit with one of our estimators and go over styles, measurements, finishes, and project details.
2. We send a complete itemized estimate for your review.
3. We follow up after two days. If you’re ready to move forward, we sign the contract, collect the down payment, and place your project on the schedule.
4. We order materials and begin custom fabrication.
5. We coordinate the installation date and complete the work.
6. We walk you through the finished system and collect final payment.

We also offer same-day quotes or visits whenever possible. Most gate and fence projects take about 3 to 6 weeks, and most railing projects take about 3 to 4 weeks, depending on design, scope, and materials.
